Bianca Dailey, BS
Biologist

Bianca Dailey received her BS in Biology (with an emphasis in Ecology) from San Francisco State University and is currently working on her MS in Ecology and Systematic Biology from San Francisco State University. Her undergraduate work focused on wetland ecology and her current graduate thesis work focuses on fresh water tidal marshes and impacts of global climate change. Ms. Dailey is trained in wetland delineation through the Romberg Tiburon Center for Environmental Studies. In addition she has experience conducting vegetation surveys, soil salinity transects and seed bank collections.
Ms. Dailey's project work has focused on wetland delineations and many aspects of permitting and mitigation requirements. She has prepared Pre-Construction Notifications (PCN) and Habitat Mitigation and Monitoring Plans for submission with permit applications for agencies including the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (Corps), U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service, California Department of Fish & Game, and Regional Water Quality Control Board. She has also prepared biological resource assessment analyses. Her experience in wetland ecology has given her the ability and insight to assess the needs and requirements of the clients.
